Trip Overview:
Muktinath Temple Tour is a religious tour. Where there is a religion, there is a history. Undoubtedly, Muktinath is one of the gateways to one of the famous religious places of the Hindus. In the eyes of the Hindus, and from the perspective of the Hindus, Muktinath is worth exploring. Muktinath a religious tour, it won’t be wrong at all. Just like the Hindus, the Buddhists hold the Muktinath in a high esteem. Located in the district called Mustang, Muktinath, the temple, has bountiful, natural beauties.
Altitude wise Muktinath is located at 3710 m. and distance wise it is 48 km away from north east of Jomsom. Muktinath is little visited by the tourists in comparison to Everest.
Itinerary
Day 1: Kathmandu to Beni
At morning about 6:00 am pick up and drive to Beni. Check in and refreshment. Dinner and Overnight Hotel in Beni.
(lunch- veg and dinner non veg).
Day 02: Drive to Jomsom
Breakfast at hotel, your tour will start from Beni to Jomsom drive 4 WD Jeep, through the river bank of Kaligandaki, Ghasa, Marpha, Jomsom along the Kaligandaki Valley. Arrival Jomsom, From Jomsom a short trek (40min) to Dhumba Lake. Overnight Hotel in Jomsom. (Breakfast, lunch- veg and dinner non veg).
Day 03: Kagbeni/Muktinath /Marpha sightseeing
Early in the morning drive to Kabeni, After worship, drive to Muktinath, visit Muktinath temple, drive back to Jomsom. Visit Jomsom Baazar and drive to Marpha Village. Overnight Hotel in Marpha. (Breakfast, lunch- veg and dinner non veg).
Day 04: Marpha to Pokhara
Breakfast at Hotel, Explore the traditional white washed houses stacked with rocks and wooded rooftops. Experience the warm hospitality of Thakali people. Head to the end of the village and buy souvenirs at the Marpha Koseli Ghar, then drive back to Pokhara. Overnight Hotel in Pokhara.
Day 5: Pokhara to Kathmandu
After breakfast drive to Kathmandu for final departure. (Breakfast, lunch- veg).
